A friendly spot in Prague overlooking the George Bridge and the city is a restaurant called "Cowboys." For two (soon to be) Texas transplants, we had to check it out. Yes, the front reception desk is completely covered in cow hide. reminds me of the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas! Ride 'em cowboy....
